Brian Solomon

Brian Solomon began playing competitive tennis in high school, where he was the number one singles player at his high school and ranked 7th in northern Nevada. When his wife began training for a half marathon in 2011, he began running. After running a full marathon, he suffered a foot injury and was told he would never run a distance event again. He persisted, and has since won a marathon, several 5K races, and multiple age group wins in distance events. He continues to race competitively, including running on the winning relay team at the Reno Tahoe Odyssey; the team ran a 5:49 pace over the 178-mile course and set the course record. Most recently he achieved his personal best at the Jack and Jill marathon in California. His time of 2:43:31 also won him the race.

Brian includes HyDrate as a regular part of his training regimen, and reports, "I really like using HyDrate for recovery."
